Network provides common functions to Horsa Foundation Stack APPs.

Network is the “lowest level” APP in the Horsa Foundation Stack Suite, that provides common functions to dependent APPs and guarantee compatibility between SaaS and OnPrem environments.

RPC Functions

Network provides low level functions, that are not available on SaaS environment, through an RPC Proxy. Network encapsulates requests in XML message that is sent to a dedicated server that executes them and returns the answer.

License

Network exchanges non confidential information of your database with Horsa central server to generate a software license. In this way is possible to activate or deactivate function by real pay per use mode.

Telemetry

Network provides telemetry function to communicate health information of your database to Horsa central server. Some APPs of the Foundation Stack suite offers regulatory functions so is very important to notify customers about urgent upgrades.

This app supports both the Essentials and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
