App Quality by Horsa Way, a software product designed for managing quality controls and related business processes. The main features concern Quality Models, which define the criteria for the automatic creation of controls. Quality Control Processes track the checks carried out and manage the automatic handling of compliant and non-compliant quantities. In addition, we have Non-Conformity Management, which can be generated automatically from failed controls or created manually to cover cases not related to product handling. For system configuration, there are sections related to setup, such as Quality Groups and Quality Sampling Setup, which are essential for operation.

Quality Control Management

    • The quality process is based on control management, which can be generated automatically or manually.

    Non-Conformity (NC) Management

      • The app allows you to manage Non-Conformities (NCs), which may result from a failed check (totally or partially) or be created manually to cover cases not related to product movements.

      Setup and Master Data

      1. Numbering Systems: Specific numbering systems are used to manage quality control templates, control orders, templates, and Non-Conformity sheets.
      2. Characteristics: You can configure 5 “characteristics” fields as attributes for checks and non-conformities.
      3. Quality Groups: These allow you to group items and/or suppliers in order to optimise the creation of models and samples. These groups can be entered in the item and/or supplier master data.
      4. Supplier Master Data: Includes manual management of the supplier’s qualification status (unqualified, qualified with reservations, qualified) and the relevant update and expiry dates.
      5. Quality Tools: An item can be designated as a ‘quality tool’ (e.g., a gauge). If managed by serial number, the serial number used can be tracked on the control.
